SMART4ALL has selected the 17 winners in its 2nd Knowledge Transfer Experiments (KTE) Open Call! Each consortium composed by two different industrial and academic partners from two different European countries, will receive 8.000 € funding as internship for presenting and testing novel small projects in the areas of Digitized Agriculture, Digitized Environment, Digitized Transport and Digitized Anything.
The winning consortia were selected amongst 24 applications that included entities from 17 different countries including member states of the European Union and H2020 associated countries. Half of the submitted applications came from Serbia (12 applications), while Greece (5), Bosnia & Herzegovina (3), North Macedonia (3), Slovenia (3) and Montenegro (3) followed in the ranking of the most populated countries in this Open Call, demonstrating the participation and interest raised in Southeastern European countries.
The verticals with most applications received were Digitized Anything with 11 applications, Digitized Environment with 8, Digitized Agriculture with 3, and Digitized Transport with 1.
